  • 24/hr based on experience) Consistent hours every week—no "feast or famine" schedules Paid time off Paid certifications and ongoing professional development Care Path with future growth Supportive leadership and recognition programs that celebrate your impact What You'll Do Lead by example: Launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model best-practice care techniques Provide hands-on care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders Ensure quality & safety: Conduct home-safety assessments, perform quality-assurance visits, direct collaboration with Director of Nursing.
Support our caregivers:
skills refreshers, and competency checks to elevate team performance.
Serve on the on-call rotation:
Help cover caregiver call-outs, fill urgent shifts, and address client concerns after hours.
Problem-solve in real time:
Respond to changes in client condition, escalate issues appropriately, and keep families informed. What You'll Bring 5+ year of professional caregiving experience (CHHA required) First Aid & CPR certification Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members Proven ability to coach and mentor peers Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift/transfer clients as needed Comfort with mobile apps/Wellsky for documenting care Compassionate, ethical, and calm under pressure—a true professional in every scenario
