Update patient information when reported by nurses Organize new admission charts and closed cases for review. Prepare weekly reports. Prepare patient charts for field nurse visits. Ensure scheduled aides are compliant before starting cases. Weekly monitoring of aides to ensure home supervisions are done timely. Assess authorizations department with audit regarding changes in insurance coverage. Liaison between nurses and the coordination department on patient visit interruptions and CHHA compliance Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation.
