Job Description

Companion Caregiver No experience or certification needed. Earn $16 to $20 an hour as a Companion Caregiver. Pick day, evening, or night shifts, and earn a scholarship to become a Certified Home Health Aide. Who you'll care for Seniors across Sussex, Warren, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties who want to stay active and connected while living in their own homes. You'll be the friendly face who helps them get out, eat well, and feel less alone. What You'll Need Required:
High school diploma or GED At least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to read, write, and speak English to follow care plans and communicate with clients and staff
Preferred:
Experience caring for others, personally or professionally Comfortable working independently in a client's home Pay & Benefits $16-$20/hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend scheduling Extra pay for holidays and weekends worked Daily overtime opportunities for eligible shifts Paid sick time Online training scholarship to earn your CHHA certification Flexible per diem schedule — pick up day, evening, or night shifts Schedule Per diem.
