• Companionship, respite care, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Some of our companions have dementia training. If that's something you'd like to build, we're happy to point you toward it.
• How you'd work with us
• You'd be an independent contractor (1099), not an employee, so you set your own availability and can accept or decline any match. Visits have a 2-hour minimum. You submit an invoice biweekly and are paid by direct deposit. Pay is discussed individually based on the level of care and your experience.

• Relevant caregiving experience and references A background check and full vetting CPR certification completed within the last two years Reliable transportation Because our companions operate as their own small businesses, there are a few setup pieces involved (things like an LLC and liability insurance).
