ComForCare Home Care is looking for a compassionate, reliable Caregiver to provide in-home support in Mercer, NJ. You'll help clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home — and build real, lasting relationships along the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal care & toileting assistance Mobility & transfer assistance Wheelchair, walker & cane assistance Meal preparation & light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship & emotional support Encourage mobility exercises per care plan Follow RN care plan and report changes/concerns

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Genuine compassion and a desire to make a difference Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Prior caregiving experience preferred CHHA and CPR certificaltion is required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred but not required Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the
