This vital role involves nurturing children's development, ensuring their safety, and creating a positive, engaging environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children of all ages, including toddler and schoolers. Your dedication will help foster a warm, structured atmosphere where children can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. Duties Provide attentive caregiving for children across various age groups, including toddlers, and school goings. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences. Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap times to promote healthy habits. Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and developmental exercises to stimulate growth. Maintain household cleanliness through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, children's areas, and laundry. Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs/pickups or extracurricular activities when needed. Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children's progress and any concerns. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a nannying or caregiving capacity within private homes or childcare settings. Prior experience caring for multiple children simultaneously is highly desirable. Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas and household chores. Personal transportation assistance experience is beneficial for managing school runs or appointments safely. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and healthcare providers when necessary.
