Job Description
PCS Supervisor - Española, NM El Mirador, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Personal Care Services (PCS) Supervisor to oversee clients and caregivers in the Española, New Mexico area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable balancing office responsibilities with field-based client and caregiver support. Responsibilities Oversee assigned PCS clients and caregivers Complete required client home visits and supervisory visits Assist with new client intakes and service coordination Monitor caregiver schedules, attendance, and EVV compliance Follow up on missed visits, scheduling concerns, and documentation issues Maintain accurate client and caregiver records Monitor Medicaid eligibility and service authorizations Ensure services are provided according to the client's approved plan of care Communicate with clients, caregivers, families, case managers, and agency leadership Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention Address caregiver and client concerns professionally and promptly Review documentation for accuracy and completeness Track required deadlines and follow up on outstanding items Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Medicaid, and agency requirements Travel throughout the Española and surrounding service area as needed Assist with additional PCS operational duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and follow through without constant supervision Comfortable working with clients, caregivers, families, and outside agencies Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and data-entry skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally Previous experience in Personal Care Services, home care, healthcare, case management, scheduling, or supervisory work preferred Knowledge of Medicaid PCS and EVV systems is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, accountable, professional, and proactive .
