This posting is for one specific long-term private client in Henderson near Eastern & Windmill . The client is largely functional at home but needs dependable assistance with morning and evening routines. Because consistency matters, we are looking for contractors who can commit to a recurring schedule and become familiar with the client's preferences and routine. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity at $30/hour . Contractors who work with Apex may also have the opportunity to self-select additional client contracts and care hour s

• Client Schedule The client requests care in two 2-hour blocks each day :

Monday-Friday Morning:

5:00 AM-7:00

AM Evening:

8:00 PM-10:00

PM Saturday-Sunday Morning:

9:00 AM-11:00

AM Evening:

10:00 PM-12:00 AM You do not have to be available for every shift listed, but if you are available for every shift listed, you will get priority selection for this position. Applicants must be able to reliably cover at least half of the recurring days/shifts . We expect to use more than one contractor to create consistent coverage. Because some of these visits are short and occur early or late in the day, we strongly prefer someone who lives close to the Eastern/Windmill area . Periodic PRN Coverage for this Client We would also like to identify contractors who can occasionally respond to unplanned PRN visits , such as when the client has an accident or unexpectedly needs additional assistance. PRN visits are compensated at $45/hour . PRN availability is preferred but not required. HOME SETTING

Maintain active CNA licensure Experience providing hands-on personal care Reliable transportation Ability to reliably commit to the recurring schedule you accept for this client Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Ability to work independently while communicating appropriately with Apex Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor Compensation Recurring scheduled care: $30/hour PRN/unplanned visits: $45/hour This is expected to be a long-term client contract . (The standard compensation rate for our Apex CNA caregivers is $25/hour but due to the short hours and early/late time slots, this client's contract will pay $30/hour.)
