Full Job Description About Us:

Homewatch CareGivers of Henderson provides non-medical in-home care services for seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and independent at home. We assist with companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility/transfers), meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, respite care, dementia support, and light housekeeping. Our mission is to bring peace of mind by providing personalized care. We believe that every individual deserves to feel reassured, valued, listened to, supported, and respected.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate care tailored to the needs of our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with families and our caregiving team to ensure each individual receives the support they need to maintain independence and safety at home. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the flexibility to create a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide light housekeeping services, including laundry, dishes, and tidying up. Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties. Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting needs. Assist with safe transfers and mobility support. Provide medication reminders and monitor health as required. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Passion for helping others and providing excellent care. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families. Willingness to learn and adapt to diverse client needs. Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Bonus If You:

Have experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities. Are multilingual and can communicate with clients in other languages. Possess certifications related to caregiving or health support.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexibility for scheduling across all weekdays and weekends.

This position is on-site only in Henderson, Nevada.
