Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver with Medication Assistance expertise to provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities Assist residents or patients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Maintain detailed medical records manually and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Follow safety procedures for manual handling and heavy lifting to prevent injuries during patient transfers or mobility assistance. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, family members, and residents to coordinate care plans and report any concerns promptly. Skills Familiarity with medication administration and medication documentation processes. Certified in First Aid and CPR; State of Nevada Current Medication Training (16 Hrs/8 Hrs), Caregiver Training, CDC, are highly valued. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities understanding of memory care strategies. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling; capable of working long shifts standing or walking extensively.
