Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This role involves working closely with individuals who may have developmental disabilities,or health conditions requiring specialized attention. Prior experience in senior care, home health, hospice, or group homes is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive and respectful caregiving. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient observe for any changes in health status Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support residents with care needs provide safety Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring environment Skills Certified in First Aid and CPR; experience with medication administration is preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism. Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition Ability to assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light cleaning Excellent communication skills for working effectively with resident Compassionate attitude with patience and empathy for diverse needs of residents This position provides an opportunity to positively impact the lives of those requiring dedicated caregiving services.
