DSPs provide person-centered support with daily routines such as self-care, health and safety, household chores, meal preparation, and community involvement, while encouraging independence and engagement. You'll collaborate daily with fellow DSPs and a supportive team of supervisors and clinical staff to ensure quality support. This role also includes following treatment plans, documenting support, and providing transportation for appointments and activities as needed.

We require:

Valid NYS Driver's License and maintain a qualified driver status throughout employment Good verbal and written communication skills HS Diploma preferred Passion to help others and a great personality! Experience as a DSP, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a plus , but not required.
