Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable in-home caregiver to provide personalized care for a wonderful woman living with advanced dementia. This role is centered on maintaining her comfort, safety, and dignity while supporting her daily needs. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and experienced with dementia care. You should feel confident providing hands-on assistance, offering meaningful companionship, and helping create a calm, structured environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with dressing and undressing while maintaining comfort and dignity
• Support mobility and assist with transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities
• Monitor and assist with eating and drinking to ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Administer prescribed medications and observe for side effects
• Prepare meals and provide support during mealtimes
• Maintain accurate records of medications, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, vacuuming) Qualifications
• Previous experience working with dementia patients preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism
