Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings. About the
Role:
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide needed ongoing supervision and support for persons who receive services in the community residence program.
Responsibilities:
Assessing, teaching, and evaluation of various skills of daily living that will enhance the independence and community integration of persons who receive program services Fostering an atmosphere in which skill teaching and role modeling occurs Responding to crisis situations using good judgement in accordance with agency guidelines and programmatic considerations Maintaining physical property of residential program in a manner that enhances the health and safety of persons who receive program services Education & Experience High school diploma/GED, required. Conditions of Employment Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
