Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for elderly of various ages, with Alzheimer's, dementia Plan and implement engaging activities in the facil Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathroom bathing, an clothing Support them as much as possible Communicate regularly with families or guardians to share updates on their progress, behavior, and milestones Maintain a clean, organized environment following all health and safety protocol Qualifications Experience working with eldeed across various age groups Prior pca hha or cna experience Familiarity with activity planning tailored Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for elder people where every elder feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
