Job Description

Overview Seeking a compassionate non smoking and dedicated PPL Registered Caregiver, providing exceptional care and support to a self directing client / patient. This role is perfect for energetic professionals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or cognitive disabilities, including memory care strategies and behavior management Support residents with meal preparation Maintain a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning and infection control practices Communicate effectively with client Requirements Proven assisted living or long-term care experience, including home & community care settings Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Knowledge of geriatrics, memory care techniques, and behavior management strategies Certification in CPR and first aid is required; additional certifications in medication administration or safe patient lifting are preferred Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely for client transportation purposes Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals PPL registered applicant is highly desirable Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate caregiving. Up to $240.00 per day
