Exact day can be agreed upon, but not on a weekend. Responsibilities would include fostering productive interaction at all times, accompanying him to various activities and classes nearby, as well as participating in some of them whenever appropriate. Also, cultivating a friendly, relaxed relationship that would contribute to his quality of life. Extremely important is for the right person to follow closely a set of specific instructions as to how we interact with my son and have an ongoing, open communication with the father at all times. The right candidate should have at least an Associates degree, clean driver's license, and authorization to work in the U.S. $34/hourly. Mileage reimbursement while driving my son to various activities. Previous professional experience is not necessary, but some familiarity with autism is useful. A background check and signing up with an agency I am contracted with for payroll purposes are required.
