Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused care professional to support children and families in a home setting. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to providing high-quality personal care, promoting comfort and safety, and helping each child thrive in a supportive environment. What You Will Do Provide attentive, hands-on care to pediatric clients in accordance with individualized care plans. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support as appropriate. Monitor and document changes in the client's condition and promptly communicate observations to the care team. Support meal preparation, feeding assistance, hydration, and light housekeeping tasks related to the client's care. Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting home environment. Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to the child and family. Follow all care instructions, safety guidelines, and agency policies. Respect client privacy, dignity, and family preferences at all times. What We Are Looking For Experience providing home care, personal care, or pediatric support is preferred. Ability to work with children in a calm, caring, and professional manner. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions carefully. Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing care needs. Basic knowledge of home safety and infection control practices. Ability to lift, assist, or reposition clients as needed, within safe guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
