English-speaking preferred Overview We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides / Personal Care Assistants to support clients across multiple Brooklyn neighborhoods. We have a range of cases available with varying schedules, making this a great opportunity for caregivers seeking flexibility. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and comfortable assisting clients with daily living needs in a home setting. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry Monitor client condition and report changes to supervising nurse or care coordinator Provide companionship and assist with maintaining a safe home environment Communicate effectively with agency staff, care coordinators, and family members Maintain accurate documentation of care provided per agency requirements Qualifications Valid HHA or PCA certification required English-speaking preferred Reliable and punctual with flexible availability Able to pass required background checks/clearances
