Part Time Mixed:

Sunday-Thursday 6Pm -10PM, and Sunday 7:30am -3:30pm

Full Time Memory Care:

What You'll Do:

As an Assisted Living Care Coordinator , you'll provide care and support in a cluster care setting—not one-on-one private duty. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assist residents with: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Light housekeeping and meal support Resident escorting within the facility Social engagement and companionship

What You Bring:

Active NYS Home Health Aide Certificate (Required) Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Experience in Assisted Living is a plus , but not required Why Join The Osborn?
