Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Supervise and care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, learning, and fun Ensure safety through vigilant child supervision, adherence to childhood development best practices, and immediate response to any emergencies Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily activities Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care tailored to individual needs Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play while following daycare or early childhood education standards Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs Proven experience caring for young children across different age groups including infants, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Strong background in teaching, activity planning for children, behavior management, and childhood development principles Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Previous daycare or babysitting experience demonstrating responsibility in child supervision and childcare settings Join us in creating a positive environment where children thrive!
