Key Responsibilities Foster a structured, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents. Build positive, professional relationships with consumers. Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, budgeting, and personal care. Support residents with medication management. Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-functioning. Provide supportive counseling and offer encouragement and positive feedback. Transport clients and complete program-related errands as needed. Promote a culture of belonging and respect. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults living with mental illness. Valid NYS Driver License and reliable transportation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
