For over 40 years, U.S. Care Systems, Inc. has been providing quality, in-home care designed to help individuals maintain independence and safety in their own homes. Positions currently available in Oneida, Herkimer, Lewis, Jefferson, and Otsego counties. We offer competitive pay of $18.65
  • 20 per hour, flexible schedules (10-40 hours). Requirements
  • Valid NYS PCA Certification. Certified PCA, HHA, or CNA are welcome to apply. Pre-employment physical, other medical requirements in accordance with DOH regulations. Key Responsibilities (
  • _ to include but not limited to)
  • _ Personal Care
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Health & Safety
  • Maintaining in-home safety and dignity under RN supervision. Nutrition & Home Life
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping. Emotional Well-being
  • Ensuring comfort, dignity and protective oversight and supervision. Schedule
  • Flexible options (full-time, part-time, per diem) with day, night, and overnight shifts. Compensation & Benefits

  • $18.65
  • $20.00 per hour, DOE Insurance
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance available for staff working 30+ hours. Perks
