Victory Home Care Agency Serving Lorain & Cuyahoga Counties Victory Home Care Agency is currently hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our growing team. If you have a heart for helping seniors and enjoy providing one-on-one care, we'd love to hear from you. Position Overview As a caregiver with Victory Home Care Agency, you will provide non-medical, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility and transfer assistance Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed) Supporting clients with dementia or chronic conditions

Qualifications:

Caregiver experience preferred HHA or STNA certification required for those roles Compassionate, dependable, and patient Ability to follow care plans and agency policies Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and TB screening
