Job Description
In-Home Shared Living Provider Greene County, OH ViaQuest is seeking a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment. What You'll Do
- An adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you. You will provide them with daily care and support.
- Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
- Encourage independence through skill development and guidance
- Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities
- Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff Compensation & Benefits
- Tax-free annual stipend: $40,000 - $60,000
- Paid time off
- Additional room & board income (average $630/month)
- Training, background checks, and certification
- 24/7 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager
- Tools and assistance for documentation, billing, and compliance
- Help coordinating respite Qualifications
- Caregiving experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record
- Clean background checks
- Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required)
