Qualifications:

• Caregiving experience necessary
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Pass criminal records check
• Meet physical requirements

CAREGIVER

Job Responsibility Summary:

• Ensure that personal care and assistance with activities of daily living are performed in a timely and caring manner as outlined in the resident's service plan. This includes aiding residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and escorting as scheduled and as needed.
• Communicate effectively with nursing department, between shifts and with other departments. Report observations and changes in the resident to nurses.
• Perform monthly vitals and weights for each resident and record this information.
• Ensure resident trust and confidentiality.
• Ensure resident safety and help to provide a clean and sanitary environment.
• Adhere to Infection Control protocols, Facility Policies and Procedures, and Emergency Operations Plan at all times We offer great benefits!
