Caregiver - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM) Hamlet at Chagrin Falls | Chagrin Falls, OH Full-Time | Evening Shift | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Join Our Team at Hamlet at Chagrin Falls! Are you a compassionate caregiver who enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors? Hamlet at Chagrin Falls is looking for dependable and caring Caregivers to join our 2nd shift team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, working as part of a supportive team, and providing hands-on care in a welcoming senior living community. What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you will help our residents remain comfortable, safe, engaged, and as independent as possible.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting Follow each resident's individualized service plan and provide personalized care and support Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing supervisor Assist residents with transfers, mobility, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment Provide reminders, redirection, encouragement, and emotional support Help residents get to meals, activities, programs, and other areas of the community Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance Check and record vital signs, weights, and other information as assigned and permitted by state regulations Document resident care and observations throughout the shift Work closely with nursing and other team members to provide an exceptional resident experience Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, patient, and ready to be part of a team. High school diploma or GED preferred Previous caregiving, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare experience is a plus CNA certification preferred but not required unless required by applicable regulations CPR and First Aid certification as required Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Ability to safely assist residents with transfers, mobility, and personal care Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform the physical requirements of the position Why You'll Love Working Here Consistent 2nd
