M-F 7a-3p Every other Sat/Sun 12p-8p Part time overnights includes at least one weekend shift We're searching for the absolute best caregivers — someone dependable, compassionate, and sharp — to join our close-knit team in a small, 16-bed assisted living home (14 residents) where quality of care comes first. This is a shift for someone who takes pride in doing things right, has 3-5 years of memory care experience . Must be reliable, have transportation and daycare if applicable. What You'll Do Provide attentive care and supervision- ( no cell phones) Be able to help with meals and bedtime routines Handle laundry, cleaning, resident assistance Maintain a calm, safe, and respectful environment Work independently and responsibly — Reliable to the core — shows up, stays alert, gets it done Experienced in caregiving at an AL facility ( 3 years assisted living experience a MUST) Calm, patient, and genuinely kind with memory care residents Detail-oriented and takes ownership of the space Not a

Fit If You:

Have less than 3 years memory care experience in an assisted living facility Have only home health aid experience Need constant supervision or direction Cut corners or avoid responsibility Do not get required duties completed each shift Like to check their phone often during work hours Why This Role Matters You will be working in our residents' home.
