Job Description We are seeking a talented Brand Expression Designer to join our dynamic Home Care Design team, where we create for some of P&G's most iconic brands: Dawn, Cascade, Febreze, Swiffer, and Mr. Clean. In this role, you will serve as a hands-on Designer helping shape the future vision of our brands by creating winning designs across touchpoints. At P&G, Design is a critical part of the diverse team, using our creative superpowers to solve business challenges, envision possibilities and bring them to life with impeccable craft, going beyond the expected to surprise and delight consumers. Understanding Design Fundamentals and having strong collaboration skills will be essential, as you will interact with other designers and multidisciplinary teams to create winning design solutions.
What You'll Do Design Excellence:
Understand business objectives and consumer behaviors to design on key projects from concept through execution. Translate brand strategy, product benefits, and cultural moments into clear, compelling visual ideas.
Utilize Design Tools:
Use relevant software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, to convey ideas and create holistic touchpoints.
Design Thinking:
Participate in Design Sprints and design thinking sessions with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges.
Collaboration:
Manage internal and external design partners, fostering problem-solving and delivering superior designs in a fast-paced business environment.
Ownership:
Own your work from concept through final delivery, with pride in craft and attention to detail. Job Qualifications 1-3+ years of full-time graphic design work experience. BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field. Hands-on Graphic Design Skills with expert proficiency in current graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud. Understanding of Design Principles and Systems, aesthetics, typography, color. A portfolio that demonstrates graphic design, digital and physical package design and brand visual identity systems. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, system thinking, brand building, storytelling, design thinking & problem-solving.
Teamwork & Communication:
Has excellent collaboration skills and leadership, and for your ability to work effectively with others. Forms and communicates a clear design vision and can effectively prioritize workload.
Innovation Mindset:
Aware of trends and consumer insights to see around corners and anticipate new and better ways to problem-solve. Utilizes AI-enabled tools, like Adobe Firefly, to create compelling ideas, prototypes, and quick design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity.
Learning Agility:
