Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, early learning, and social skills Ensure safety by adhering to childhood development best practices, behavior management strategies, and mandated reporting laws when necessary Administer first aid and CPR as needed, maintaining readiness for emergencies Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily activities Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play Qualifications Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or preschool environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Strong activity planning skills tailored to different age groups and developmental stages Certification in first aid and CPR from a recognized organization Familiarity with behavior management techniques and child supervision best practices Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Join us in creating a joyful, safe space where children can thrive!
