Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include providing direct care for the boys and girls, ages seven through sixteen, in our group homes. Daily activities would include guidance in the daily routine of a household, transportation to and from school and appointments via company vehicles as needed, monitoring routines and activities and supervising chores and play time. This position is an opportunity to teach independent living skills and offer guidance to youth in need of positive role-models.

Qualifications:

• Age 23 or Older
• Every other weekend on 12-hour shifts are required.
• Current Medical Examination
• FBI/BCI Background Checks
• Driver's License
• Car Insurance
• High School Diploma or GED (or Ten Years' Experience Working with Children)
• Positive Energy
• Thick-Skinned (to youths' comments/personal verbal statements) Full time hours (36-44 hours per week).
