We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team of State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, providing individualized attention and support to each guest.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed Assist with medication management and vital sign checks Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care

Requirements:

Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH before starting work Ability to work in an in-person setting Must be willing to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
