• Job Summary:

• At Wynn-Reeth, Inc., we are dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in Ohio. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide in-home care to clients with developmental disabilities, assisting with various activities to ensure they lead fulfilling lives.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal hygiene, and transportation.
• Provide support in recreational activities and other tasks to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Engage with clients in a caring and respectful manner to promote independence and well-being.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
• Collaborate with the support team to create a nurturing environment for individuals under your care.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Familiarity with dementia care is a plus.
• Strong drive to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in meal preparation and home community care.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring is advantageous.
