Job Responsibilities:
Provide care to patients in the comfort of their own homes
Provide Direct Patient Care:
bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, toothbrushing, etc. Perform light housekeeping (such as vacuuming, laundry, linen changes, mopping, inspect and discard spoiled food, etc.) Assisting with daily needs, feeding, personal care ADL Engaging in hobbies and games Provide transfers and mobility assistance Medication reminders Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping Transporting or escorting the client to appointments and running errands Keep the client safe from health hazards Documents care performed in the client's daily documentation service log Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
Caring and compassionate personality At least 18 years of age GED or High school diploma Valid driver's license A copy of your social security card Current CPR certification Medication certification ( optional ) Reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check (required)
Important Notice:
If you do not have CPR certification or Medication certification, we will provide training to you for these certifications. MUI test required. You must pass with 80% or higher.
Payrate Range:
$13.00 to $16.00
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 2:00PM to 1:00PM.
