Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver/STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring dedicated personal care and support. This rewarding role involves providing essential assistance to residents in a traditional assisted living environment. You will play a vital part in promoting independence, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others, this opportunity is perfect for you! Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and dignity. Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition, and reporting findings promptly. Utilize proper manual handling techniques for safe patient transfers. Experience Prior experience working in senior care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dementia care enhances your ability to provide specialized support. First Aid certification. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and co-workers. Pay:
$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
