Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and dignity. Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition, and reporting findings promptly. Utilize proper manual handling techniques for safe patient transfers. Experience Prior experience working in senior care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dementia care enhances your ability to provide specialized support. First Aid certification. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and co-workers.
