Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Aide to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for helping others and wish to make a positive impact in the lives of residents, particularly those with disabilities or memory care needs. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing & dressing. Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction. Support residents with mobility and transportation within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident living spaces and common areas. Uphold resident rights and dignity while providing care. Document daily activities and any changes in resident conditions accurately.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or memory impairments. Excellent communication skills and a caring demeanor towards residents and their families. No Experience Necessary. We will train.
