Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Nanny/Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to children in a private home setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster a nurturing environment, promote developmental growth, and ensure the safety and well-being of children across various age groups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives through attentive caregiving and engaging activities. Duties Provide attentive childcare for infant, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap schedules to promote healthy habits Engage children in educational and recreational activities that foster learning, creativity, and social skills Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and working closely with families or specialists Maintain a clean and organized living environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, children's areas, and general household tidying Provide personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings as needed Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations following proper protocols to ensure safety at all times Conduct age-appropriate developmental assessments and communicate progress with parents regularly Experience Proven nannying or caregiving experience within private homes or daycare settings with children of various ages Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities or special needs Prior experience caring for multiple children simultaneously in a dynamic environment Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones Familiarity with preschool activities, early childhood education principles, and age-specific caregiving techniques Certification in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations is required; additional certifications such as childcare training are a plus Hands-on experience with meal preparation tailored to dietary restrictions or allergies is preferred Join us to make a meaningful difference in children's lives by providing loving care that supports their growth, safety, and happiness.
