Shift Available:

2pm-1030pm $1,000 Sign on BONUS! (Full Time ONLY) Every other weekend Required Rotating Holiday's Direct Care•

Assisted Living & Memory Care Qualifications:

Wellness Assistant Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Wellness Assistant experience: six months experience in a long term care/senior living environment preferred but not required. STNA License accepted but not required. All candidates must have a clean background check and drug screen. Direct Care•

Assisted Living & Memory Care Responsibilities:

Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care Assists resident with range of motion exercises Provides for personal care and comfort Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members and facility staff Provides direct and indirect resident care services Meets the communication needs of resident and family Communicates to the nursing team changes in resident's clinical condition Performs other tasks as assigned If you meet the above qualifications for our Direct Care•Assisted Living & Memory Care position please apply today!
