We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our caregiver first family culture. This isn't just about providing physical support; it's about providing purpose driven care that enhances the lives of our clients. Please note that you must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Your shift will be 24 hrs at a time, with a break to sleep for 8 hours. This schedule will be 3 - 4 consecutive days, then you will rotate out with a 2nd caregiver. You will not be living with the client 24/7.

•Assist our clients with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Offer companionship:

Share stories, play board games, or simply sit and listen.

Light household duties:

Ensure our clients' living spaces are clean, organized, and safe.

Run errands:

Grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other small outings. Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times. Regularly communicate with our care coordination team about client updates or concerns. Other Non-medical home care services as needed.

What We're Looking For:

21 years or older with at least 1 year of prior caregiving experience. Valid driver's license, personal vehicle.

•Background check and references required. Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements. Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers. Physically capable of performing all job tasks (i.e., hearing, vision, speech). Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle. Must be able to pass a random drug screening. A strong dedication to Purpose Driven Care. A heart that genuinely cares and the desire to make a real difference. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, understanding, and a keen attention to detail.
