Wright Choice Healthcare Agency LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Medication Certification to join our growing team in Lancaster, OH. Responsibilities:

Administer medications accurately and in accordance with individual care plans and state regulations Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility Implement individualized support plans and document progress and behaviors Provide community integration support and accompany clients to appointments and activities Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to supervisors Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all individuals served Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

Valid Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused demeanor
