Starting Pay:
$16.00- 17.50/hour based on certifications and experience Shift Incentives

A MINIMUM
of one year of professional caregiving experience within the last two years OR an active CNA, STNA, MA, or ISP credential ✔ Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation ✔ Willingness to commute up to 25 miles from your listed address ✔ A caring heart and dependable work ethic Skills Needed Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a minimum of one year required Knowledge of patient care procedures including vital signs, medication administration, and dementia or Alzheimer's care Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Strong patient observation, monitoring, and critical response skills Competence with cooking, cleaning, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary while working within home and community care standards Make an impact.
