Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, behavior management, and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for infants and toddlers Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster early childhood education and classroom experience Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate progress and address individual needs or concerns Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized caregiving to meet their unique requirements Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Hands-on experience with infant care and toddler care routines Classroom experience or early childhood education background is advantageous Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required if not already certified Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive!
