Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence while receiving the support they need. Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation and housekeeping. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Medication reminders as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of care provided. Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare providers. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that meet the specific needs of each client. Transportation to and from appointments. Experience 1+ experience in caregiving. empathy and patience. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adult personal care.
