In-Home Shared Living Provider Warren County, OH ViaQuest is seeking a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment. What You'll Do

• An adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you. You will provide them with daily care and support.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff Compensation & Benefits
• Tax-free annual stipend: $40,000 - $60,000
• Paid time off
• Additional room & board income (average $630/month)

• Tools and assistance for documentation, billing, and compliance

• High school diploma or GED
