Sober Living House Manger SUMMARY:

The Sober Living House Manger will assist the house clients and house staff with all transportation needs, supervise and manage medications, always maintain house and vehicle cleanliness and sanitary environment. House Mangers hold individual responsibilities depending on the assigned working shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

House Mangers will assist Program Director and management with clients and house needs such as driving, escorting clients to various meetings, house laundry, holding clients accountable for chores, keep vehicles clean, etc. Manage move-in and move-out procedures including room assignments and property inspections Conduct regular house meetings and ensure adherence to house rules and recovery expectations Responsible and expected to assist with troubleshooting situations that tend to arise such as curfew, etc. Maintains and updates records for each client, including: Medication Logs, Client Money Logs and Shift Summaries Maintain patient's confidentiality Provides debrief to the Shift Lead at the end of each shift Wake-up calls to clients, supervise medications and facilitate morning meditation To drive clients to 12 step or community meetings, extra-curricular events, while maintaining the house curfew Supervise Medications All shifts perform random and scheduled alcohol and drug testing of clients 2 years of housing manger experience required in a Sober living setting
