Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Maker Personal to provide exceptional in-home support and care for individuals with mental disability requiring assistance with daily activities. This role is vital in promoting independence, safety, and well-being within a comfortable home environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering personalized care that enhances quality of life for clients of all ages and needs. Duties Assist clients with personal care activities Assist clients with meals preparation as necessarary Conduct patient observation to monitor health status and report any concerns promptly Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication administration Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and household organization Follow care plans meticulously, including medication administration and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong understanding of assisted living and home health care procedures Ability to perform patient monitoring, vital sign checks, and basic first aid or CPR when necessary Excellent client communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate support and clear instructions Experience working with residents' care plans, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance standards Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where every individual receives personalized attention that promotes dignity and independence.
