Job Description

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference every day? CareCore at Heritage is seeking a compassionate and dependable Shower Aide to help provide exceptional personal care to our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with seniors and wants to be part of a supportive healthcare team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Every other weekend on-call rotation required
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with scheduled showers and personal hygiene Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Ensure shower areas remain clean, organized, and stocked Follow infection control and resident safety procedures Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required STNA certification is not required Ideal for candidates with CNA, DSP, home care, or caregiving experience Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills
