What We Offer Starting pay of $15.00 per hour Performance bonuses with earning potential up to $20.00 per hour Flexible scheduling options Paid training Mileage reimbursement Employee referral program Supportive and responsive leadership Opportunities for career advancement What You'll Do As a Caregiver , you'll help clients maintain their independence by providing compassionate assistance with everyday activities, including: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Preparing meals and supporting daily routines Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home Assisting with mobility, ambulation, and client transfers Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments Providing companionship and emotional encouragement Qualifications At least 1 year of caregiving experience STNA certification preferred, but not required Ability to safely lift and assist clients up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Why Work at OCal Home Care?
