Job Description
Overview As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes. As a HHA you're required a year experience for this postionYour primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in need of assistance. Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary. Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Help clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Skills Experience in assisted living or caregiving environments is preferred. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper techniques. Knowledge of medical records management and understanding of HIPAA regulations is beneficial.
