Job Overview We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated part-time home health aides. Now hiring those seeking work-life balance. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA regulations Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, noting changes in condition, and reporting findings to healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Support clients with mobility. Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Document care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA standards and assist in updating care plans regularly Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly desirable Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care (including Alzheimer's and memory care), and working with individuals with physical disabilities. Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is required Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members Physical ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support older adults or individuals with disabilities in their daily lives Join our team today!
